How can I pay for treatment?

Theres multiple ways you can pay. We have the facility to take card payments at the end of the appointment, or you can pay cash, cheque or bank transfer if you prefer.

What reference number should I use when making payment?

When making payment, please use the reference number which is highlighted in red on the Invoice. It will begin with NPP-2015-16….

What do I do if I have a question about my invoice?

Simply contact a member of our accounts team either via email (accounts@nppneurogroup.com) or call on the number at the top of this page, and we would be happy to help.

I have private health insurance, do you work with my provider?

We have been established for over 9 years now, so we work with majority of the UKs leading healthcare providers. These include Bupa, Aviva, Saga and WPA. If you’re unsure, or would like to discuss this further, please contact a member of the team for assistance.

I'm housebound or unable to travel to your practice, can I still have treatment?

Absolutely! We have a large number of patients who we visit in the community. We’d be happy to visit at the location of your preference.
